Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

½ Cup whole grain oats

*½ - ¾ Cup dairy free milk (your choice) see note below.

1 Tablespoon chia seeds

1 Tablespoon hemp seeds

1 Tablespoon honey

½ Cup fresh blueberries

Preparation:

  1. Using a mason jar add in the oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, honey. Mix thoroughly.

  2. Place mason jar in fridge overnight. This will allow all the goodness to absorb into the oats making them soft in the morning.

  3. In the morning remove from fridge, add in the blueberries stir into the oat mix and enjoy!

* The less non-dairy milk the thicker your oats will be. You choose the consistency that you prefer.
