Blueberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
½ Cup whole grain oats
*½ - ¾ Cup dairy free milk (your choice) see note below.
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
1 Tablespoon hemp seeds
1 Tablespoon honey
½ Cup fresh blueberries
Preparation:
- Using a mason jar add in the oats, non-dairy milk, chia seeds, hemp seeds, honey. Mix thoroughly. 
- Place mason jar in fridge overnight. This will allow all the goodness to absorb into the oats making them soft in the morning. 
- In the morning remove from fridge, add in the blueberries stir into the oat mix and enjoy! 
* The less non-dairy milk the thicker your oats will be. You choose the consistency that you prefer.
